- 2 large cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 lb. shrimp, boiled
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 lb. sausage (Neese's hot)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook bacon and sausage; saute onions and pepper until tender in drippings.

2Combine all ingredients in casserole dish.

3Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

4Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
