  • 1 gal. beef broth
  • 1 gal. water
  • 2 qt. A.1. Original Sauce

  • 8 each celery, large dice
  • 2 each yellow onions, large dice
  • 6 Tbsp. fresh garlic, pureed
  • 1/4 cup ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup coriander seed
  • 1/4 cup celery salt
  • 32 each torpedo rolls, split
  • 32 each pepperJack cheese slices (1 oz. each) Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06

    Place meat in deep roasting pan.

    Combine broth, water, steak sauce, vegetables, garlic and seasonings; pour over meat.

    Bake at 375 degrees F for 4 hours or until meat is medium doneness (160 degrees F).

    Remove meat from braising liquid; cool.

    Strain braising liquid; discard strained vegetables.
