  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated

Directions

    Place cauliflower in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish with 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on High power for 8 to 13 minutes. Drain. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together. Spread over the top of the cauliflower. Top with cheese and return to microwave. Cook 2 to 4 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
