- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion
- sliced, stuffed olives
Directions

1Grate the Cheddar cheese.

2Set aside to warm to room temperature.

3At the same time, have your cream cheese warming to room temperature.

4When the cream cheese is very pliable, combine with the Cheddar, Worcestershire sauce and the chopped onion. Form into a ball.

5Refrigerate until rather solid.

6Roll in fine nuts; dot with sliced, stuffed olives.

7Serve with assorted crackers.
