  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • finely chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion
  • sliced, stuffed olives

Directions

    Grate the Cheddar cheese.

    Set aside to warm to room temperature.

    At the same time, have your cream cheese warming to room temperature.

    When the cream cheese is very pliable, combine with the Cheddar, Worcestershire sauce and the chopped onion. Form into a ball.

    Refrigerate until rather solid.

    Roll in fine nuts; dot with sliced, stuffed olives.

    Serve with assorted crackers.
