- 4 boneless white fish fillets
- cooking spray
- 2 garlic cloves
- 14 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- 1 12 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 2 dashes soy sauce (to taste)
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 18 teaspoon marjoram
- 18 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

1Press or finely chop garlic cloves, then saute in a saucepan sprayed with cooking spray.

2It may stick, that's okay.

3When garlic starts to brown, add chicken stock and stir.

4Mix lemon juice and cornstarch, then add to chicken stock.

5When mixture begins to thicken, add enough sugar to balance the tartness, then add cayenne.

6Place on low heat.

7Rinse fish and spray with cooking spray.

8Mix remaining spices and sprinkle half over fish.

9Broil fish until it flakes easily, flipping once and applying the rest of the spices.

10Put fish on plates and pour sauce over top.
