- 4 center cut pork chops
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- salt, pepper and onion salt to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Wash meat in cold water and pat dry. In small bowl, mix mustard, catsup and vinegar.

3Season chops with salt, pepper and onion salt.

4Place in shallow baking pan.

5Spread the mustard mixture over the chops.

6Cover the chops with onion rings.

7Bake, uncovered, in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
