- 1 c. uncooked mixed wild and brown rice
- 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth (1 Tbsp. chicken style season to 8 oz. water)
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. tamari or soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 medium stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
- 3 Tbsp. soy margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground sage
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Cook and stir wild and brown rice, celery and onion in margarine until onion is tender.

3Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4Heat broth to boiling; pour over rice mixture.

5Stir in parsley, salt, tamari, sage and basil.

6Cook and bake 45 minutes.
