Ingredients
- 1/4 c. wild rice (raw)
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 1/4 c. chicken broth (3 bouillon cubes and water), heated
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. ground sage
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms (and juice)
- 3/4 c. regular rice (raw)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Wash and drain wild rice.

3Saute wild rice, celery and onion in margarine.

4Pour into greased casserole. Pour broth over rice. Stir in seasonings and mushrooms.

5Cover and bake 45 minutes.

6Add regular rice, cover and cook 45 minutes more or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
