- 1 fresh ham (about 12 lb.)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
- 1/3 c. finely chopped black olives
- 1/3 c. finely chopped green onion
- 3 canned pimientos, chopped
Directions

1Have butcher remove bones from ham.

2Combine next 6 ingredients and rub half inside meat.

3Combine remaining ingredients and distribute on inside of meat.

4Tie securely together with cord.

5Score fat and skin, them rub with remaining seasoning.

6Put meat, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.

7Roast in slow oven (325°) about 4 1/2 hours (30 minutes per pound).

8If meat gets too brown, cover lightly with foil.
