- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 15 ounces asparagus spears, cut into thirds
- 6 ounces seasoned stuffing mix
- 14 ounces chicken broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Open and drain corn and asparagus.

2Empty stuffing mix into large bowl.

3Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, corn, asparagus, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and Worcestershire, mix well.

4Pour mixture into 9 x 9 inch baking dish.

5Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese on top.

6Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
