  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 egg yolks

  • 4 oz. bacon slices
  • 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped sorrel and chervil

    Cover the bottom of an 8-inch loose bottomed cake pan with the bacon.
