- 3 c. beef bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. savory
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 4 to 5 carrots, cut in 2-inch chunks
- 1 head cauliflower, trimmed
- 1/2 lb. green beans (whole), trimmed
- 4 to 5 stalks celery, cut in 2-inch chunks
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Heat bouillon, savory and tarragon to a boil.

2Add cauliflower; cover and simmer 10 minutes.

3Add remaining vegetables.

4Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

5Make a sauce of butter, seed and juice. Serve vegetables in clusters on a large platter.

6Drizzle sauce over all.
