- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 50 g feta cheese
- 50 g sweet corn
- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Place the oats, cottage cheese, feta cheese, egg whites & black pepper in a blender and blend into a smooth batter.

2Finely chop the onion and drain the sweetcorn.

3Add the onion and sweetcorn to the batter mix and stir them inches.

4Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil, and heat the pan.

5Pour in desired amount of pancake batter into the pan and cook over a MEDIUM heat for 2-3 mins on each side.
