- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Layer potatoes and onions in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix butter, flour and milk together.

2Cook over low heat until thickened.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Pour over potatoes and onions.

5Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are done.

6Can add leftover such as diced ham, smoked sausage, whole kernel corn, green peas or cooked carrots.
