  • 1/3 c. dry vermouth
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley

    Marinate scallops for several hours in refrigerator in mixture.
