- 1 lb. fresh scallops
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- lemon pepper
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. regular or Italian bread crumbs
- parsley
Directions

1Cut scallops into halves.

2Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole sprayed with Pam.

3Crush package of crackers; mix with 1/4 cup butter, melted.

4Mix in with scallops.

5Place all in casserole; top with bread crumbs, butter slices, lemon pepper and parsley. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Makes enough for 4 servings with a salad.
