- 2 lb. cauliflower
- 2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1 stick butter
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt, paprika
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook cauliflower (which has been broken apart), until tender and arrange in greased casserole pan.

2Then wash mushrooms and simmer 30 minutes.

3Cut the mushrooms in slices; cook 3 minutes in 1 tablespoon fat, turning frequently.

4Next melt 4 tablespoons butter in saucepan.

5Add finely chopped onion; cook until tender. Add flour while stirring constantly.

6When smooth add milk and mushroom liquid.

7Add salt, paprika and mushroom slices and sprinkle with bread crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons butter and paprika.

8Bake in oven 30 minutes.
