- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 leaf celery, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes, washed and diced finely
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. scallops (fake crab meat)
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- pepper
- 1 c. Sauterne wine
Directions

1Saute celery and onions slowly in melted butter until onions are transparent.

2Add potatoes, salt, pepper, Sauterne wine and water.

3Bring to boil, then add imitation seafood.

4Bring back to boil and then cut heat; simmer until potatoes are soft.

5Heat whipping cream to a rolling boil in a separate pan.

6Add to chowder and add parsley.
