- 2 c. chopped ham
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
- 6 to 8 slices American cheese
Directions

1Thaw hash browns and mix with ham and onion.

2Combine milk and cream of mushroom soup together with wire whip.

3Mix into potato mixture.

4Blend together.

5Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish and spread.

6Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350°.

7After time is up put cheese slices on top and put back into oven for 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.
