- cooking wine (little)
- garlic (1 piece)
- 2 Tbsp. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 lb. scallops
- 2 bunches broccoli
Directions

1Heat wok or pan over high heat.

3Add garlic (smashed) until smell of aroma.

4Then add salt, sugar, scallops, broccoli, ginger and cooking wine and stir for 30 seconds.
