- 1 medium cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. corn starch
- grated cheese
Directions

1Place cabbage in a saucepan with butter, sugar, salt and pepper.

2Cook until tender.

3Add 3 cups milk; bring to a boil. Stir in cornstarch mixed with a small amount of milk.

4Pour into a casserole; top with cheese.

5Bake at 350 to 375 degrees until cheese browns.
