Scalloped Cabbage

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. coleslaw blend (chopped cabbage)
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. crushed cheese flavored crackers

Directions

    Cook cabbage in oil in skillet until it starts to wilt.

    Add water; cover and simmer on low 5 to 8 minutes.

    Stir in soup. Warm through.

    Top with cracker crumbs.

    Can be put under broiler to toast crumbs.
