- 8 oz. cream cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. half and half or coffee cream
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Steam head of cabbage, about 3 minutes.

2Drain.

3Cut or shred in small pieces.

4Alternate layers of cabbage with cream cheese. Add salt and pepper.

5Pour half and half or coffee cream over this. Sprinkle cracker crumbs which have been mixed with butter over top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
