Scalloped Cabbage

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs (reserve some for top)
  • 1 c. cheese, cubed (Longhorn or Cheddar)
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk

Directions

    Cook the cabbage until tender.

    Layer the cabbage, cheese and crumbs in a 2-quart casserole.

    Pour the milk over all and top with the remaining crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
