- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 3 c. bread cubes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cook carrots in

2boiling salt water.

4Meanwhile cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter until soft.

5Stir in soup, salt, pepper,

7Put in greased casserole. Toss bread
