- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 pt. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. crouton stuffing or Pepperidge dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. celery, cooked in 1 1/2 or 2 c. broth for 10 minutes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Cook chicken thoroughly and cut in small pieces.

2Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk.

3Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, broth and celery.

4Spread layer of croutettes in bottom of baking dish.

5Add pieces of chicken and then the cream sauce.

6Top with croutettes.

7Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
