  • 1 None black tea bag
  • 1 tsp each ground cinnamon, cardamom, clove and ginger
  • 2 None hard gingersnap cookies
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon-flavored yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup milk

    Soak tea bag in 3/4 cup boiling water in mug for 3 mins; discard tea bag. Cool.

    Blend tea with remaining ingredients until smooth.
