- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz. canned peaches, fresh peaches, sliced apples or 1 pt. blueberries
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add flour, baking powder, eggs and salt.

3Beat until smooth.

4Pour into 9-inch spring-form pan. Cover entire surface with fruit.

5Sprinkle with sugar.

6Squirt with lemon juice.

7Sprinkle with flour and cinnamon.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

9Let cool 15 minutes before removing.

10Serve with ice cream.
