  • 1 chicken, cooked and cut up
  • 1 1/2 loaves of bread, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
