  • 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel or creamed corn
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper or pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine whole kernel corn and 3/4 cup milk or cream-style corn and 1/2 cup milk.

    Add crumbs, onion, green pepper and seasonings. Pour into greased baking dish.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
