  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can (14 oz.) whole corn, undrained
  • 1 can (14 oz.) creamed corn
  • 1 pkg. cornmeal muffin mix (1/2 doz. size)
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. to 1 c. grated swiss cheese.

Directions

    Put beaten eggs in medium size bowl. Add sour cream, whole corn and creamed corn. Mix well. Add muffin mix. Add melted butter & swiss cheese. Pour into greased 10 X 6 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
