- 1 qt. frozen corn (may also use canned corn)
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook corn and drain.

2Layer in casserole dish:

31/2 corn, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 milk, dash of salt and pepper, sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with margarine; then repeat layers.

4Top with buttered cracker crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cracker crumbs are browned.
