  • 1 qt. frozen corn (may also use canned corn)
  • 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. saltine cracker crumbs

    Cook corn and drain.

    Layer in casserole dish:

    1/2 corn, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 milk, dash of salt and pepper, sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with margarine; then repeat layers.

    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cracker crumbs are browned.
