  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 small box corn muffin mix (Jiffy mix size)

    Add sour cream, egg, corns and muffin mix. Put into casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
