- 22 saltine crackers
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. minced diced onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Directions

1Put crackers in plastic bag.

2Close bag; crush crackers with rolling pin.

3In casserole dish, beat egg with fork.

4Stir in milk, onion, salt and pepper.

5Measure 2/3 cup cracker crumbs; add to milk mixture.

6Add corn and stir.

7Put rest of crumbs into small bowl.

8Put butter into skillet on low heat.

9Heat until butter melts.

10Pour over crumbs in bowl.

11Stir to mix.

12Sprinkle crumbs over corn mixture.

13Put in 350° oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.

14Makes 6 servings.
