- 1 (No. 2) can cream-style or whole kernel corn
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper or pimiento
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine cream-style corn and 1/2 cup milk or whole kernel corn and 3/4 cup milk.

2Add crumbs, onion, green pepper and seasonings. Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole.

3Dot with butter.

4Bake in a moderate oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
