  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn with juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
