- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 4 eggs, beaten
- salt, pepper and paprika
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter until tender and lightly browned. Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cracker crumbs for top.

2Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with reserved 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.

3Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes.
