  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. saltine crackers, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can (17 oz.) cream-style corn

    Beat eggs until frothy.

    Add all of the ingredients together. Grease a 1-quart baking dish.

    Pour mixture into dish and bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out dry or clean.
