- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly; add corn, sour cream and melted margarine. Stir together.

2Add muffin mix, salt and pepper to taste.

3Pour into greased baking dish.

4Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.

5Bake at 350° or until done.
