  • 1/4 c. green or red pepper
  • 1 beaten egg white
  • 1/2 c. crackers
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 tsp. margarine

Directions

    Cook onion and peppers in water for 2 minutes until tender. Mix remaining ingredients.
