- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. cream or milk
- 1 3/4 c. cheese, cut fine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 slices raw bacon, cut fine or diced
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Mix all together, except crumbs.

2Using a buttered casserole, alternate layers of mixture and crumbs, leaving a few crumbs for the top.

3Bake 20 minutes at 250°, covered,

4then at 20 minutes at 350°, covered.
