  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten

    Heat oven to 375°.

    Grease 1-quart casserole.

    In medium saucepan, saute onion and green pepper in margarine until tender. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into prepared casserole.

    Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
