- 1 lb. can cream-style corn
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. saltine crackers crumbs (save 1/2 c. for topping)
- 1/4 c. margarine
Directions

1Mix corn, milk, egg and 1 cup crumbs.

2Put into a greased casserole and sprinkle with buttered crumbs made with 1/2 cup crumbs in the melted margarine.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour or more.
