Scalloped Corn

  • 1 lb. can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. saltine crackers crumbs (save 1/2 c. for topping)
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Directions

    Mix corn, milk, egg and 1 cup crumbs.

    Put into a greased casserole and sprinkle with buttered crumbs made with 1/2 cup crumbs in the melted margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or more.
