- 2 1/2 c. cream-style corn
- 1 c. milk
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg.

2Add crumbs, onion and seasonings.

3Mix well.

4Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch round pan.

5Melt butter and pour over top and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
