  • 22 saltine crackers
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. minced dried onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Crush crackers; set aside.

    In 1-quart casserole dish, beat eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper.

    Add 3/4 of crackers to casserole dish.

    Now add corn; mix well.

    Melt margarine and mix with rest of crackers.

    Sprinkle over corn mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
