  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 2 teaspoons rubbed sage
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 cup white wine
  • 14 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 8 ounces cooked linguine

Directions

    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and sage.

    Cook over medium heat until browned.

    Add wine and broth and remove chicken from pan.

    Bring liquid to a boil until reduced by half.
