- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 pkg. crackers
- butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Empty two cans of corn in baking dish.

2Beat egg into milk in small bowl.

3Mix egg and milk mixture in with corn and mix in 3/4 pack of crumbled crackers.

4Press crackers down in corn with a fork.

5Break rest of crackers up fine and put on top of mixture; press them down just to moisten.

6Dab top with butter and salt and pepper.

7Bake for about 1 hour at 350°.
