Day Before Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 2 c. green seedless grapes
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 small jar cherries, sliced
  • 2 c. chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Cook first 3 ingredients over hot water until thick.

    Remove from heat; add 2 tablespoons oleo.

    Let cool.

    When cool, mix all fruit, then combine with sauce.

    Mix whipped cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and fold into fruit mixture.

    Mix well before serving the next day.
