  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. seasoned or plain croutons
  • milk to moisten

Directions

    In baking dish, mix the 3 cans of corn, onion, eggs and 1/2 cup cheese.

    Cover with remaining cheese, croutons and small amount of milk to moisten.

    Cover and bake at 275° for 1 hour.
