- 1 (3 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
Directions

1Heat corn and milk.

2Stir in egg, salt, pepper, onion and pimento.

3Add cracker crumbs and mix lightly.

4Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter, mixed.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown and crusty on top.
